As a member of the Landscaping Department, the Construction Site Maintenance Worker is accountable for the overall maintenance of construction sites, in accordance with company policies and procedures and in order to achieve company’s construction goals. You will be responsible to maintain the internal and external appearance of construction sites by completing cleaning at specific stages of construction development. You will be in charge of vacuuming, removing garbage, material and debris throughout, sweeping, scraping, washing, and other site maintenance related activities. You will be responsible for supporting the Construction Site Manager and trades in safe work practices.

The Lean Manufacturing Specialist is responsible to:

• Utilizing various lean methodologies, identify opportunities for lean manufacturing through thorough assessment and analysis of current practices and procedures.
• Create a roadmap designed to optimize resources and yield the best products in the fastest manner and at the lowest cost.
• Present reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives and best practices in lean processes.
• Educate and train members of the organization with respect to improving the Company’s products and processes.

• Serve as a focal point for process improvements.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Intermediate Accountant is responsible for;

• Performing full cycle accounting and assisting with various projects
• Prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures
• Tracking and recording advances and deposit payments and preparing detailed account analysis/reconciliation as required.
• Preparing short-term cash flow projections and analysis.
• • Reviewing month end checklist and ensuring that close out of month end for all divisions occurs in a timely fashion and all applicable month end journal entries are included.
• Preparing the divisional monthly financial statements to ensure financial information is complete and accurate. This includes but is not limited to; reviewing accounts and ensuring that financial information reconciles to the general ledger, inventory analysis is prepared accurately and reflective of current projects, preparing and/or reviewing the appropriate divisional analysis, ensuring commentary and management reports are accurate and reflective of the business unit.
• Assisting the Accounting Manager and Controller as required, in the quarterly, and annually budget process.

Relevant post-secondary education, combined with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting is required. Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications is essential, as well as competence in working with Microsoft Office suite of products. The ability to effectively communicate and strong problem resolution skills are required.
