Wow, that’s ambitious. So what’s first?

The first sustainability goal is to build NetZero homes at market price by 2015.

A NetZero home is capable of producing an annual output of renewable energy equal to the amount consumed by the homeowner. It is effectively carbon-neutral.

How will you get there?

Through continuous research, product development and strategic partnerships with the University of Alberta and other organizations, we are improving the construction processes and technology in our homes.

Best practices from around the globe, particularly Europe, are being studied and adapted where possible to make our homes more efficient and affordable.
